ROYSE, Chief Judge. Prior to November 18, 1932, the appellant and appellee Katherine Sunderman were husband and wife. (Hereinafter when the term appellee is used it refers to Katherine Sunderman.) On said date they were divorced and appellee obtained a judgment for $10,000 alimony against appellant. Appellant paid nothing on this judgment until the 12th day of March, 1940. On said date appellant and appellee entered into a written agreement, which is as follows:
