Allstate Indemnity Company appeals entry of a judgment affirming an arbitration award in favor of Earnestine and David Sunderland, arguing that: its proof of service of a request for a trial de novo satisfies MAR 7.1 (a); and, contrary to the trial courts ruling, MAR 7.1 does not require a sworn attestation that service occurred. We agree and reverse.
